If you are unsatisfied with the product you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to rearrange for an alternate product or refund. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund and be in a new and unused condition.

Cancellation Policy For Appointments

Please take consideration when booking your appointment as no shows and last minute cancellation greatly affect us a small business.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment. Any cancellations after this period or no shows will be charged 100% of the service charge. Clients who are late for the appointment may also be charged the cancellation fee if there is not enough time to complete the service. 

A payment link will be sent for the cancellation fee and payment is required within 24hours. 

Clients who do not to pay the cancellation fee will no longer be able to book future appointments.
